PURPOSE
In order that our clients and end-users can fully rely on the quality of products supplied by DUO SOURCE, QA and QC procedures are installed to ensure that all in-process and finished goods conform to government regulations and meet QA specification requirements.

SCOPE
For all inspection, acceptance and disposition on in-process and final goods

PROCEDURE

Develop QA specifications & Sampling methods

1. QA/QC develops QA specifications, QC reports and exhibits on the basis of product specifications from Sourcing, standards with which factories comply, and related regulations
2. Picking out samples must be random but as uniform as possible

In-process inspection and final inspection

1. Once receiving QA/QC Notification from logistics, QA/QC manager make QC inspector assignment for in-process inspection and final inspection accordingly.
2. QC inspectors must take photos of product (with clear lot code) and packaging appearance (including artwork and barcode) and return with full production samples, as required in the specific QA specification.

Acceptance of inspection lot and Notification for Correction

1. After inspection, QC report and exhibits will be completed.
2. QA/QC should fill out correction items in the form of Notification for Correction
3. QA/QC should bring back Notification for Correction form to be filed, and this correction should be tracked through subsequent shipment when QA/QC makes inspection for same kind of products.

1. If the lot/batch is qualified or accepted by concession, Release Form will be signed and then sent to the factory for release and shipment of this lot/batch.
